I'm a senior engineer with 11+ years shipping production systems, most of it in platform engineering: designing and running the common infrastructure other teams build on, rather than a single product. That's included several years inside a Tier-1 European bank, as architect and senior IC across three greenfield platforms serving 100+ product teams — GitOps self-service, multi-tenant AWS foundations, secure data infrastructure, and event-driven serverless workloads — and, more recently, a multi-cloud deployment platform for public-sector tenants in a highly regulated, sovereignty-sensitive environment, where I work on GitOps self-service via Crossplane, EKS infrastructure handling up to 20,000 req/s, and disaster-recovery design.

I hold an MSc in Big Data Analytics (multi-agent reinforcement learning), and these days that background feeds directly into how I work day to day: AI-native development with Claude Code and Kiro, spec-driven and agentic, as a daily driver for code, docs, research, and planning — not a novelty layered on top of how I used to work, but how the work gets done now.

kubemend is where those two threads meet: an LLM agent harness for Kubernetes remediation, hand-written with no agent frameworks, that diagnoses incidents from live cluster state and can only act by opening draft pull requests. A verification pipeline the model doesn't control re-checks every proposed change — helm render, policy check, live diff, scope check — before a run is ever allowed to call itself done. This blog is where I write up what building that verification discipline actually costs and what it's caught, with real numbers, code, and trace excerpts rather than a demo reel. The posts are meant to hold up to someone reading the source they link to, not just the prose.

Outside of platform work I build end-to-end on my own: Rnkd is a consumer product I shipped solo — design, mobile frontend, backend, infrastructure, distribution — and rgw-model is a multi-agent reinforcement-learning environment with cooperative and competitive agents, closer to my MSc background.
